We are pleased to announce our January kick-off program to guide you nutritionally complete with an exercise component. Dietitians and personal trainers know that neither one is as effective without the other. Working together, Karolin Saweres, RDN, LD will provide the nutrition counseling and Laurie Lefton, AFAA Certified will provide the personal training.
We will meet every Thursday @5:45 pm for 10 weeks. The first 45 minutes of class will be personalized training with Five Seasons certified trainers. We will then convene to the dietary coaching. Your weight loss steps and healthy living through food learnings will last you a lifetime.
