Ingredients:
2 lbs French green beans
1 lb whole blanched almonds
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon rosemary
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Coat a sheet pan with cooking spray.
Arrange the green beans in a single layer on the sheet pan.
Drizzle with olive oil. Add garlic powder, basil, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper. Mix with hands.
Place the pan in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until green beans are tender and lightly browned.5. While green beans are cooking, place olive oil in a pan. Add almonds and sauté for a few minutes until turns light brown. 6. Place green beans in a serving plate. Add almonds on top and enjoy!
