5 bunches fresh parsley

1 bunch fresh mint

4 large tomatoes

5 stalks green onions

1/3 cup bulgur, dry

3 medium lemons

1/3 cup olive oil

ground white pepper




Add bulgur wheat to bottom of a large bowl. Dice tomatoes and add it on top of bulgur.

Cut parsley leaves & mint leaves. Wash well, drain & dry. Coarsely chop the parsley & mint leaves with a knife or a food processor. Add it to the bowl.

Chop green onions & add it to the bowl.

Season with salt & white pepper.

Finally, add lemon juice & olive oil. Mix well and let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
