I recently worked with Karolin because I contacted her to take a Nutrigenomix test. She was great to work with! She was very responsive to all my emails and questions. She mailed me the testing kit and it arrived just a few days later. She sat with me on a video call and guided me through each step of submitting and mailing the sample to the lab. The results were in about a month later. She sat with me on another video call for two hours going over each page of the report in depth, explaining everything in a way that was easy to comprehend and answering all my questions. She used the information in the report to create a personalized meal plan for me to follow implementing foods and supplements that will benefit me based on my genetics and telling me what food/supplements to avoid - I’m a bit of a picky eater but she quickly had many alternate foods to suggest. Working with Karolin was such a great experience! I wanted to lose some weight and get back in shape before my husband and I planned on starting a family so it would be easier to “counter back”. In our sessions, we discussed the triggers and habits that caused the poor eating or binge drinking. We worked up a plan of action to avoid those times when bad choices were made.
