I have always struggled with my weight and had many excuses why. Karolin took a different approach. In our sessions, we discussed the triggers and habits that caused the poor eating or binge drinking. We worked up a plan of action to avoid those times when bad choices were made. She would touch base with me sometimes everyday (at my request) just to keep me on track and nudge me into the right direction. She is so easy to talk to with no uncomfortableness. She comes up with a plan for your lifestyle. Sure it's about dieting but there is more. Karolin is great. You will LOVE her

Like many, I have struggled with my weight and eating a balanced diet. I've tried numerous diets in the past, but failed to maintain the weight loss. Karolin listened to my concerns and developed an individualized approach to my current diet and exercise regimen. She made small changes to the foods I was already eating in order to make my meals more filling and nutritious. No food was off limits. Karolin helped me make a few specific and achievable goals each session. She also monitored my food log and made suggestions/comments on a daily basis to help keep me on track.
